The recent nomination of Father Shay Cullen and the Preda human rights advocates for the Nobel Peace Prize and the Preda on-going campaign to have a new law in Ireland. and eventually in the EU. to ban convicted child sex offenders from traveling abroad has caught the imagination of the public. It has resulted in many news articles in the press across the English speaking world.
