If you watched the most recent European qualifier between Ireland and Poland, you would have seen Irish soccer hero Shane Long score the equalising goal which he describes as a goal which keeps Ireland in with a chance of qualifying for the Euro 2016 championship.
But, did you know Shane Long is also a big supporter of the work of PREDA? Shane has been a defender of children’s rights with PREDA for a number of years and was delighted with the turnout for the recent “Run for Freedom” held in Ballybrit racecourse. Philip met Shane recently at the Irish team camp in Malahide and was delighted to help raise awareness for the rights of the children rescued by PREDA and promote Forest Feast PREDA Fairtrade mango which is available in selected stores.
