The Pat McDevitt Scholarship Program
People’s Recovery, Empowerment and Development Assistance (PREDA) Foundation
The fund is established in memory of the late Pat McDevitt, a great friend, classmate and supporter of the work of the PREDA Foundation in promoting education among needy youth.
The program will enable the Preda Foundation to support ten young people through a four year college course, there by giving them the opportunity to achieve their true potential.
The scholarship fund is now set up to educate and support the ten young people and here below is their profile and information about them.
They will also receive social support and informal values formation to enhance their appreciation of their human dignity. Training on action for advocacy for children’s rights will be part of their community service.
