ORION, Bataan- A 16-year old girl was reportedly gang raped by six teenaged boys during a drinking session Saturday midnight in Barangay Sto. Domingo, here.
Insp. RayanCasupanan, Orion police chief, said the victim was with two other young girls and nine young boys, two of them 18 years old, when the incident happened between 11:00 p.m. of Saturday and 1:00 a.m. of Sunday.
He said reports showed that the group took Emperador brandy. “Walang hinto ang tahulan ng mga aso mula alas-12 ng hating gabi hanggang ala-una ng madaling araw,” neighbors in Sto. Domingo Annex said.
“Base sa initial investigation, hinalay, ginahasa ang biktima ng isang grupo ng kabataan sa Sto. Domingo,” the deputy police chief said.
Victim was first brought to the St. Michael Hospital in Orion, Bataan and then transferred to the Operating Room of the Bataan General Hospital in Balanga City.
Casupanan said three of the teenaged boys and two teenaged girls pointed to six companions who participated in the gang rape. The six are being investigated at the Orion municipal police station.
They were identified as Andrex Trajano and Roel Rubiano, both 18 years old and four others aged 15 – 17 years. Trajano reportedly holds the key to the house of his uncle who is out of town while Rubiano denied any involvement in the rape.
“Hindi namin ni-rape, kaunti lang naman ininom namin,” they said.
“Bakit nila ginanoon ang anak naming na napakabata pa at nasira ng kinabukasan, dapat makulong sila,” the father, who is a carpenter, said.
“Sana mabigyan ng hustisya anak ko.”
Ang mga magulang ng gumawa nito sa anak ko ang nakakahiya hindi ang anak ko sapagka’t dadalhin nila habang-buhay ang ginawa nila sa anak ko,” said the 40-year old mother.
An aunt, a barangay council woman in barangay Bilolo, Orion, narrated that the victim, her niece with two other teenaged girls aged 15 and 16 were at the basketball court when invited by the group at a house in Sto. Domingo.
She said that her niece and the 15-year old girl participated in drinking liquor but the other 16-year old did not.
She said the boys tried to rape the 15-year old but the alert 16-year old resisted and snatched the girl away.
