Lord Hylton demands greater UK On-line protection for Filipino Children
Raymond Hylton, a leading and outspoken member of the British House of Lords, has been an active member of the child protection movement. For many years Lord Hylton has continued to support the work and stands of the Preda foundation and has made statements and raised challenging questions in the house of Lords. He has written to Ambasadors, politicians and the media questioning why more is not done by governments to protect children from exploitation and abuse. In particular he has questioned ,as seen from the letters below, that the Government of the United Kingdom pays attention to the call to do more to protect children on-line globally.
