Fr. Shay Cullen : Receiving the Award

The grand niece of Mons.Hugh O'Flaherty presents the Mons.Hugh O'Flaherty International Humanitarian Award medal and plaque to Father Shay Cullen,of the Preda Foundation which he founded in 1974 to save women and children from jails, abusers and human traffickers. The award was presented in Killarney, Ireland on 5 November 2016
