1 Another case pertains to a theft case entitled People vs. Anthony Tanio y Hamrangan docketed as Criminal Case No. Q-03-115088 before the sala of Honorable Judge Romeo F. Zamora.

This 15 year old boy had been detained at the Baler Police Station, Central Police District Command-Philippine National Police, since 14 February 2003 when counsel visited him, together with five other children, languishing at the 3 x 4 meter police jail in the company of 19 other male inmates last March 6, 2003.
