American nabbed for human trafficking in Angeles City

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — An American tourist was arrested for alleged involvement in human trafficking in Angeles City on Sunday.

Chief Supt. Amador Corpus, Central Luzon police director, said the police also reported rescuing three women, all aged 21, from suspect, Richard Musgrave.

The women were found in a room rented by Musgrave at the Sofia Suite along Josefa Subdivision in Barangay Malabanias.

Musgrave, 51, would be charged for violating the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act (Republic Act No. 9208). /ee
