A Customer  writes:
’I am very disappointed to learn that Sainsbury’s has recently stopped stocking PREDA/Forest Feast dried mangos, which it stocked for 14 years, in its supermarkets.  To make matters worse, it is now stocking cheaper mangos which have probably been treated with pesticides, which the ones from PREDA have not.
‘All the money earned through PREDA’s Fair Trade products goes towards its work in rescuing children from traffickers and sex tourists, some of whom are British, in the Philippines.  Sainsbury’s made a vital contribution to the organization’s work by stocking its dried mangos, and its decision to stop doing so is a huge loss for PREDA and the children it serves.  It is also a huge loss for customers such as myself who have found the mangos to be delicious.
‘Sainsbury’s is supposed to be a company with a social conscience, not just another big business motivated by greed and profit.  Could you please, therefore, see to it that PREDA/Forest Feast dried mangos are stocked in its supermarkets once again.
     ‘Thanking you in advance,’
     All the best
     Frankie
