2 missing teenagers in Manila, found dead possibly tortured
Two teenagers, who were reported missing in Tondo, Manila were found dead, according to a report on Saksi on Monday.
According to the father of one of the victims, the lifeless body of his son – Cormel – was found floating near Isla Puting Bato and wrapped in tape.
Cormel’s father narrated that his son asked permission to play basketball last January 31, 2021.
According to the report, there are signs on the remains that the victims may have been tortured. — BAP, GMA News
